Original Title

In 1967, the Lexington chapter of the J.C.'s placed Judge William Romans in the running, for the second time for state president. He won. On July 18, 1967, WLUR News Director Don Husat interviewed Chapter President Dabney Carver and Judge Romans a few days before the election in Richmond.
